Staying at our Holiday Rentals:
Q: What is included in the rental price?
A: The rental price and any additional fees of linen, departure cleaning, tax and refundable damage bond are itemized on each quote.
Q: What if we require additional services?
A: Additional services are available on request at an additional cost.
- Weekly cleaning during your stay
- Grocery shop in advance of your arrival, items as requested by guest.
Q: How do we get access to the property?
A: Our local representative will meet you at our vacation home and provide an orientation of all amenities and equipment. This rep will be your main point of contact during your stay if you have any questions.
Q: Can we have more guests than listed for each home?
A: As we endeavor to provide our guests the most comfortable vacation experience possible, we do not generally accommodate requests for extra guests beyond the maximum number of guests listed for each vacation home (including children).
Q: Do you provide baby cots and high chairs?
A: We provide baby cots and high chairs available at a small additional charge, including linen for the cot.
Q: When is check-in and check-out?
A: Our representative will be at the vacation rental home to greet you after 14:00 for check-in on your arrival day and will be back before 10:00 on the day of your departure. Guests who expect to arrive before 14:00 should co-ordinate with our representative about an earlier check in or luggage storage until your vacation home is ready for your stay.
Q: Do all rentals start on Saturdays with a minimum stay of seven nights?
A: Some of our rental villas require a minimum of seven nights starting on Saturdays (generally from mid-May through October). Some of our properties are fully flexible with check in any day of the week and a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Q: When and how do we pay for our rental?
A: We require 25% to 50% of the rental fee (depending on the holiday property you chose to stay at with us) to secure your reservation. The remaining rental payment is due 60 days before your arrival for your holiday. We also require that a refundable security deposit is paid one month before your stay that will be returned within one week after your departure.
Rental payments can be made by bank transfers or by credit card through Stripe or PayPal. We charge a 4% administration fee for all credit card payments.
Please note all pre payments (deposits) are non-refundable, if you are unable to travel at the time of your reservation the deposit can carry forward to your next reservation with us, on the same property or any other property on the website.
We strongly encourage guests to take out travel insurance in the unlikely event you need to cancel your booking due to illness, death in the family, etc. Some credit card companies even offer travel insurance.
