This holiday apartment for rent is situated half way between the Antibes Old Town and Antibes train station, being 5 minutes walk to each, this luxury, well furnished,  light and spacious holiday apartment is loved by all who holiday here.

This stunning apartment is one of our most popular apartments for rent and it has lots of regular repeat bookings. It has everything, including a balcony, sea views, underground secure parking, air-conditioning in the lounge only, some english TV channels and a DVD player. Located on the fourth floor with lift access, it has great views away to the yachts from the bedrooms, all beds are dressed with beautiful John Lewis bed-linen. The American kitchen has everything you might need, and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, full-sized oven and hob and fridge-freezer. The kitchen opens across a breakfast bar to the lounge/dining area which in-turn leads to a balcony with pleasant open aspects. It has a bathroom with a hand-basin and also a separate shower room with a WC and a second hand-basin. This apartment has been furnished with great taste with everything thought of to allow you a perfectly relaxing and comfortable holiday. 

Sleeps: Four (one double and one twin bedroom), each bedroom has air-conditioning with a separate air-conditioning unit in the lounge.

Living Area

The bright and modern living room opens out with full width patio doors onto a good-sized balcony, which very comfortably seats 4 people for alfresco dining. There is a large corner sofa and a large flat screen TV with english TV channels for cosy winter evenings. There is also a DVD player and a small library of classic DVD’s. There is a beautiful glass dining table for elegant indoor dining. Internet access is provided.


There is a shower room with an enclosed shower, hand basin and toilet, the second bathroom has a bath with a hand basin.


The kitchen opens out to the living area across a breakfast bar which is equipped with bar stools, so food preparation becomes a sociable activity. The kitchen has a full sized oven and hob, a large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. This kitchen has all you need and more to make you feel at home.


This apartment is located just a few steps from the Port Vauban yacht marina. Just outside the Antibes Old Town, this apartment is 3-4 minutes walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants and is also just 5 minutes walk from Antibes train station.

Located in a new, modern and well kept building, apartments here are very sought after. This apartment is on the 4th floor and access is by lift or stairs. There is a secure garage located underground.

wonderful Antibes

Had our usual fortnight in apartment 4 in Antibes. After 13 years everything is still very good and we had an excellent holiday. Now looking forward to return in 2020.

Amazing apartment!

Airbnb review: Amazing apartment! My family of four, two kids, were more than comfortable in this roomy and well located place. The location was minutes to Vieux Antibes, public beach, and the train station, making day trips a breeze. Thoughtful touches such as a welcome book, with maps and guides, were very helpful. There was also a binder with guides for all the appliances. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was super clean. All the windows have electric shutters to keep out early morning light and to help keep the temp down—not that necessary with air conditioning in each room. We used the parking as well, which was safe and easy. The building is well lit and felt very safe. Can’t beat the large patio, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We can’t wait to be back!

Great Central Apartment

Great apartment in central but quiet location, close to train station, marina and beaches. The apartment has everything you can ask for and was perfect for our family with two small children. Everything worked very well including kitchen, washing machine and efficient and quiet AC. Jane is a great host who is very friendly, welcoming and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back next year.

Good location for Antibes Old Town

Apartment close to the marina and old town (10 minute slow walk), has two good sized bedrooms, nice lounge and a well equipped kitchen. It also has a secure underground parking spot, just don't hire a car any bigger than a Golf-sized car unless you want plenty of parking practice! Would have given the apartment a higher star rating but the air con in both bedrooms was broken on arrival, and had apparently been broken for some time before we arrived, which made it very uncomfortable at night. Also there's only one toilet which is a bit odd for family accommodation.

Dear Paul Thank you for your review, the air con as mentioned has a slow leak that our air con technicians can't find! We are asking the property owner if they can replace the system in full as soon as possible.

This was the fifth time we have hired this apartment. It has all the facilities you could want including air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, shower room, washing machine etc. This apartment is in the perfect location. The old town is within easy reach as are the Train and Bus stations. The apartment is on the fourth floor but is easily reached via a large lift. There is a new apartment block being constructed, across the road, which can create some noise from time to time. however, this was not really an issue. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone.
