This delightful holiday apartment for rent is a much loved second home which is evident in the style and standard of the furnishings and decoration. It occupies a corner location and therefore benefits from the luxury of an 'L' shaped balcony giving views both inland and towards the Antibes marina. This apartment is fully double glazed and air-conditioned making it a very comfortable base in the full heat of a Mediterranean summer, attracting many repeat bookings. The living room is bright and spacious and has a sofa bed and dining table, TV, DVD and stereo. There is also WiFi available. The living room and the kitchen open out on to the balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full sized oven, hob, washing machine, large fridge freezer and microwave. The bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower over the top and is equipped with a hairdryer, there is a separate WC. Situated on the fourth floor (lift access as well as stairs) of a recent apartment complex, it is well placed for all amenities as it is only a two minute walk to the station and a five minute walk from the Old Town, the marina and the beach. This apartment has secure underground car parking, and a secure cycle park.

The living room opens out on to a corner balcony which has sea views from one end. There is plenty of space on the balcony for both dining and relaxing. The living room has a comfortable sofa and UK TV channels for cosy winter evenings, as well as a dining table to seat four. There is also wifi internet access available to allow you to keep in touch (if you want to!). There is also a folder with lots of very useful local information and ideas for days out.
There is a separate toilet with a small hand basin and in the bathroom there is a bath with a shower over the top, a bidet and a hand basin.
The kitchen also opens out onto the balcony, perfect for serving up your alfresco meals. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, full-size oven and hob and a microwave.
This holiday rental is in very popular location, Antibes train station is only 2 minutes walk away, and the yacht marina is less than 100 metres away. A 5 minute walk would find you in the Old Town of Antibes surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes.
