This delightful holiday apartment for rent is a much loved second home which is evident in the style and standard of the furnishings and decoration. It occupies a corner location and therefore benefits from the luxury of an 'L' shaped balcony giving views both inland and towards the Antibes marina. This apartment is fully double glazed and air-conditioned making it a very comfortable base in the full heat of a Mediterranean summer, attracting many repeat bookings. The living room is bright and spacious and has a sofa bed and dining table, TV, DVD and stereo. There is also WiFi available. The living room and the kitchen open out on to the balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full sized oven, hob, washing machine, large fridge freezer and microwave. The bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower over the top and is equipped with a hairdryer, there is a separate WC. Situated on the fourth floor (lift access as well as stairs) of a recent apartment complex, it is well placed for all amenities as it is only a two minute walk to the station and a five minute walk from the Old Town, the marina and the beach. This apartment has secure underground car parking, and a secure cycle park.

Sleeps: Four (one double bedroom and a sofa-bed).

Living Area

The living room opens out on to a corner balcony which has sea views from one end. There is plenty of space on the balcony for both dining and relaxing. The living room has a comfortable sofa and UK TV channels for cosy winter evenings, as well as a dining table to seat four. There is also wifi internet access available to allow you to keep in touch (if you want to!). There is also a folder with lots of very useful local information and ideas for days out.


There is a separate toilet with a small hand basin and in the bathroom there is a bath with a shower over the top, a bidet and a hand basin.


The kitchen also opens out onto the balcony, perfect for serving up your alfresco meals. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, full-size oven and hob and a microwave.


This holiday rental is in very popular location, Antibes train station is only 2 minutes walk away, and the yacht marina is less than 100 metres away. A 5 minute walk would find you in the Old Town of Antibes surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes.

Floor / Building

This is a modern, well kept and peaceful building with good security and it is a very sought after residence. This apartment is on the 4th floor and access is by lift or stairs.Beautifully furnished, 1 large bedroom, sleeps four with one double and one sofa bed.

A convenient gem

My third time at this apartment (and hopefully not my last), it is perfect for a couple (or a single) in terms of size, appointment and location. Set in a modern (gated) block it is three minutes from Gare SNCF (trains) and a further two minutes the Pole d'Echange (the main bus interchange where you can get a bus for Cannes or Nice plus those for the more local villages in the interior). A five minutes stroll takes you to the marina or the old town Antibes - the latter being the main attraction for me. The apartment has decent cooking facilities- though why you would want to cook in Antibes is a mystery to me - a generous balcony; a good-sized bedroom and a living room that is clean, comfortable and functional should you ever decide to stay in for any length of time. The apartment block is clean, secure and quiet. Couldn't be better for my needs. Warmly recommended.

Apartment A11

Have used 5 Star before - this was first time in this modern apartment in a gated block with lift access; liked it so much returned in November. Three minutes from train station (Gare SNCF) and an additional minute from the main terminus for buses transiting Antibes. A few minutes from the marina and Old Town. The apartment is modern, stylish, clean and comfortable - the sort of place that should the need arise, you would be more than happy to just have a relaxing evening in (though Antibes has so much to offer, and all within an easy few minutes stroll of the apartment). The wrap-round balcony has views down to the marina as well as a lovely view over the park, and to the hills above Nice. The electric shutters seal-out any late-night street noise. On arrival we were met by Janne whom we knew from the previous year, and she again made us feel as if this was our home from home. I cannot think of a better location in the town for convenience, and hope to be returning in the near future. Five Star property indeed. Recommended without reservation.
